My wife and I were offered a Hilton head house which we loved but it had an EIFSskin so we had to be careful. We went through with the sale because of the very detailed inspection report done by Hilton Head Island Property Inspectors which concluded that the house had been properly built. That was three years ago and we have employed Adam McClusky for annual follow-up inspections which have validated his original report. He is a professional.
