My wife and I were offered a Hilton head house which we loved but it had an EFIS skin so we had to be careful. We went through wit the sale because of the very detailed inspection report done by Hilton Head Island Property Inspectors which concluded that the house had been properly built. That was three years ago and we have employed Adam McClusky for annual follow-up inspections which have validated his original report. He is a professional.
