I can recommend Adam McClusky and his firm for any home inspection. I recently submitted a contract on a home in Hilton Head while I was there from out of town. Because of my desire to be there for the inspection and because of the short time, Adam and one of his men performed the inspection the day following our request from his company. I have bought and sold many houses and I do not think I have ever seen such a thorough inspection. The HVAC inspection was particularly noteworthy.
