The process by which an inspector visually examines the readily accessible systems and components of a home. Unless an alternative service is ordered - refer to inspections to see alternative inspections services offered. Most of our inspection referrals result from realtor@. Additionally many previous clients request our service when buying investment or other homes. We worked hard to earn those recommendations by providing timely service, professional, through and accurate inspections, and fairs prices for our service.

SYNTHETIC STUCCO RE-CLADDING SPECIFICATION
Property inspection can provide a written conventional stucco specification for your suppliers to quote. The specification is designed around "ASTM C-926" model and local and state codes. Additionally Property Inspection Service, Inc. can compare the agreed specification to the actual install re-cladding. (refer to fee schedule)
