INSPECTIONS

The process by which an inspector visually examines the readily accessible systems and components of a home. Unless an alternative service is ordered - refer to inspections to see alternative inspections services offered. Most of our inspection referrals result from realtor@. Additionally many previous clients request our service when buying investment or other homes. We worked hard to earn those recommendations by providing timely service, professional, through and accurate inspections, and fairs prices for our service.

Stucco
Service provides a protocol moisture and assessment report of related wood framing structures. "Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems" and Exterior Design Institute" and "Moisture Free" methods are used when an inspection is conducted. We have conducted hundreds of synthetic stucco surveys. Our service is referred by local counsel.
