How long should I plan to spend at the inspection?
Regarding home inspections - Generally, a thorough, complete home inspection takes at least 3 hours for a 2500 sq ft. home, sometimes longer (size and condition effect time). Regarding villa/condo inspections - Generally, a thorough, complete inspection takes at least 2 hours, sometimes longer (size and condition effect time). Regarding exterior cladding - Stucco – Generally, a thorough, complete inspection takes one complete day (size and condition effect time). Regarding mold spore collection – Generally 20 sample collections takes about 3 and a half hours.
